In late 2019, Marcus Vellan and Priya Khatri left their respective dealership jobs and pooled six years of savings to lease a single bay just off Holloway Road. The lease was modest, the toolkit was personal, and the rule was simple: quote what's needed, nothing more.
The first six weeks were quiet. Then a regular customer wrote a review titled "They told me my brakes were fine and refused to take my money." The bookings tripled the next month, and the workshop hasn't slowed since.

Show, don't sell
If we recommend a part, you see it. We photograph the worn pad, the cracked tire wall, the corroded battery terminal — and store the image in your file.
Quote before tools
We agree the figure in writing before any spanner is picked up. If we discover something extra during the job, you get a phone call before we touch it.
Records that travel
Your service file is your file. Sell the car? We can email the next owner a clean PDF history. Move out of London? We'll forward records to your new garage.
Seven hands, all IMI-accredited.
Our seven full-time technicians each carry an Institute of the Motor Industry accreditation in light-vehicle maintenance, electric and hybrid systems, or both. Two also hold ATA Tyre Fitter cards. Continued professional development is paid for by the workshop, not the technician.
We don't take on apprentices we can't supervise properly. That keeps the team small, and the standard of work consistent across every bay and every shift.
